Introduction

Welcome to Wangchuks Tours & Treks. By using our services and booking our tours, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Booking & Payment

• • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% to confirm reservation
• • Full payment must be received 30 days before tour commencement
• • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment
• • Prices are quoted in US Dollars and are valid for the dates specified

Cancellation Policy

• • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit
• • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
• • 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
• • Less than 7 days: No refund

Travel Requirements

• • Valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
• • Bhutan visa (arranged by us with booking details)
• • Travel insurance (mandatory for all tours)
• • Medical certificate for high-altitude treks

Limitation of Liability

Wangchuks Tours & Treks acts as an intermediary for travel services. We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control including weather conditions, political unrest, or airline disruptions. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
